We offer warranty and post-warranty service to our customers.

Not every defect requires service intervention, so please contact us by phone before sending the device:

Note: The Service Centre accepts registered shipments only that are clearly marked with the RMA number assigned to them. No RMA number visible on the external packaging of the Product shipped to the Service Centre for warranty service may result in its rejection or delay its processing.

Reports are accepted only by e-mail at serwis@akustyk.pl

One report can concern only one device and must contain the following information:

• device name,
• serial number,
• date of purchase,
• description of the fault. If possible, please make a short film showing the fault.

The details of the reporter should also be provided:

• company name / user,
• registered office/residential address,
• contact person,
• telephone,
• e-mail address,
• proof of purchase (if the device is under warranty).

In accordance with Article 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on  the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (Official Journal of the European Union L. 2016.119.1), General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I inform that:

1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Linearic Paweł Borkowicz with its office at al. Jana III Sobieskiego 1, 51-301 Wroclaw, NIP: 8992161011
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of processing your application and will not be shared with other recipients. The legal basis for data processing is consent.
3. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. To the extent you consented to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
4. Access to your personal data will only be granted to authorised staff.
5. You have the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act in connection with the processing of my application. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to process the request. I have been informed that I have the right to access my data, to correct them, to request to cease processing them.
