Transformers
Transformers are widely used in sound transmission system installations. It is a device used in the acoustic path, between the loudspeaker and the amplifier, allowing their impedance to be matched.
100V transformers convert a 100V signal to line level, so that an equal signal is transmitted to more loudspeakers. Transformers converting 25V and 70V signals are also available. Isolation transformers protect the system from voltage changes and perform galvanic separation.
