Solutions are also encountered in which signals of translated languages are distributed wirelessly through receivers and headphones independent of the discussion system.

An important functionality of conference systems is the ability to control access to the system. Verification of participant identity can be done by assigning a personal PIN number required for logging in, or it is possible to use various types of chip or RF ID cards assigned individually.
