Portable sound system
Portable sound systems make it possible to spread music and announcements, so their design, however, must take into account the need for location changes. Manufacturers ensure that portable loudspeakers are lighter than their stationary counterparts, have the right handles and shape for easy carrying, or are equipped with wheels or running platforms for transport. Portable speakers are also equipped with sockets that allow them to be placed on tripods.
A separate group of portable devices are active speakers powered by a built-in battery. The ability to provide a sound system to a location where the power grid is not available is often used in outdoor celebrations. Portable rechargeable speakers are used by language teachers, fitness instructors and lecturers. They are often equipped with a built-in MP3 player with a USB port and SD card slot, as well as a wireless microphone.
The group of portable devices also includes high-powered stage speakers. The use of portable versions of speakers makes it possible to publicize a large outdoor music event or festival, battery power is unlikely to be an option in such situations.
Portable speakers, in addition to low weight and handles, are often constructed to fit into the limited space of the trunk of a car (station wagon) or small van - these are important advantages, for example, for DJs serving in a short period of time, many events in different locations.
