Due to changes in telecommunications law, mainly resulting from the European agreement on the allocation of the so-called '700 band' for 5G communications, many older wireless microphone systems and In-Ear stage monitors may operate unstably.
According to the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF DIGITIZATION of 9 February 2022 on radio transmitting or transmitting-receiving devices that can be used without a radio licence after 1 July 2022, the use of devices operating in the 694 - 789 MHz band is not permitted.
Please note that the continued use of wireless systems operating in the 694 - 789 MHz band is now punishable by a fine of up to PLN 1,000 and, in the case of persistence, by imprisonment for up to two years.
