Bettear CASTER XD - Auracast transmitter with Dante interface, white

The white Bettear CASTER XD takes sources from a Dante® network straight to Auracast™ listeners - with no analogue audio inputs or extra converters. Channels are patched in Dante Controller or directly from a console with its own routing control, just like any other Dante® device.

The transmitter has two gigabit LAN ports, both Dante®-capable and enabled without a licence. Bridged mode lets you daisy-chain further Dante® devices over a single cable, while Isolated mode splits the audio network (LAN 1) and the control network (LAN 2) onto independent switches. The RP-SMA connector accepts an external 2.4GHz antenna, with antenna selection made from the web panel or the Hive Central platform. Power comes from PoE+ or a 12V DC supply, and the LAN 2 port with PoE out can power devices such as the B-PASS access panel.
