POS intercoms with induction loop option
POS intercoms are devices that enable communication between people separated by a partition. They are most often used at customer service counters in banks, patient service counters in healthcare facilities or petitioner service counters in municipal offices.
Contacta's POS intercoms are available in a number of design and installation variants, always two-way (full duplex). Depending on the type of station, the microphones and loudspeakers on the customer's side can be mounted on or in the countertop, flush with the surface, the microphone can be stuck on the glass or mounted in a tube bent to fit the system into the feeder opening. The hearing aid customer, equipped with a T (telecoil) function, can also have an induction loop.
The STS-A31 amplifier, which is at the heart of the intercom, is an energy-efficient, digital device with the ability to limit the range of level adjustment to avoid acoustic feedback.
