WHD SDL 400-S - passive speaker for stretch ceilings

WHD SDL 400-S is a passive two-way speaker designed for invisible installation behind stretch ceilings. Its flat enclosure, only 58mm high, completely hides behind the ceiling film, allowing the interior to maintain a clean, unblemished appearance, while the sound seems to come from nowhere. The sound is produced by a 4" woofer and a tweeter, and the crossover specially tuned for operation behind the stretch ceiling ensures clear and natural sound despite the film. The bass-reflex enclosure allows for good bass reproduction even with such a flat design.

The SDL 400-S operates as a slave speaker - up to three such speakers can be connected to one master speaker SDL 400 M-BT with Bluetooth receiver and built-in amplifier, thus expanding the sound coverage over a larger area. The speaker can also work with any amplifier matched to the 8Ω impedance. The aluminum enclosure is mounted on a mounting plate, which is screwed to the ceiling before stretching the ceiling, and the speaker cable is connected to the spring terminal. This is a good solution for living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, hotels, and shops.
