WHD VoiceBridge Standard + Bluetooth is a cash intercom that connects two fixed stations - for the customer and for the service - with a single-ear Bluetooth headset for the staff. It provides clear, discreet, and calm conversation at cash registers, receptions, and security zones, even through glass or plexiglass partitions, in noisy environments and when talking to hearing-impaired individuals.
The fixed stations guarantee classic communication at any time, while the headset gives the staff freedom of movement within approximately 5-10m from the station, without losing contact with the customer. When the headset is turned off or goes out of range, the intercom automatically switches to the fixed service station - the conversation continues uninterrupted. Echo cancellation (AEC) and noise reduction (NR) functions, along with automatic adaptation to the environment and volume level, ensure speech intelligibility, not just loudness. This solution is ideal for pharmacies and medical stores, clinics and hospitals, care facilities, offices, gas stations, and service points with protective glass.
