Description

SCP CAT6-PREM-LS-BL - U/UTP network cable cat. 6, 4x2x23+ AWG, copper (Cu), flame-retardant separator, blue LSZH Dca jacket, 305m (Reelex carton)

SCP CAT6-PREM-LS-BL is an unshielded U/UTP category 6 network cable from the Cat6 Premium Pro series, designed for structured cabling inside buildings. In tests, it achieves a bandwidth of 550MHz, more than double the 250MHz required by the standard, and provides stable transmission in Gigabit Ethernet networks, and on shorter runs also 10Gb/s. The 23+ AWG solid copper conductors have lower resistance, making the cable suitable for high-power PoE up to 90W and HDBaseT transmission. The separator separates pairs and reduces crosstalk. The flame-retardant LSZH jacket in fire reaction class Dca-s2,d2,a1 emits low smoke and does not release halogen compounds during a fire, making the cable suitable for use in public buildings, offices, hotels, schools, and hospitals. The blue jacket color facilitates track differentiation in installations. The cable undergoes independent ETL verification. It is delivered in a Reelex II carton, which allows for unwinding without twisting and tangling, and the jacket is printed with decreasing footage and zone legends, facilitating installation and cable marking.

Functionality

  • Data transmission 1Gb/s (1000BASE-T) on runs up to 100m and 10Gb/s (10GBASE-T) on shorter runs, up to 55m
  • Bandwidth of 550MHz confirmed in tests, with a large margin above category 6 requirements
  • PoE power IEEE 802.3bt Type 3/4 up to 60W and 90W for cameras, Wi-Fi access points, LED lighting, and terminals
  • HDBaseT support (HDBaseT Recognized) in AV over IP systems, extenders, and digital signage
  • 23+ AWG solid copper conductors with lower resistance and less heating under PoE power
  • Separator reducing crosstalk between pairs
  • Flame-retardant LSZH jacket with low smoke emission and halogen-free, in CPR class Dca-s2,d2,a1
  • Reelex II carton for unwinding the cable without twisting and tangling
  • Printed decreasing footage and zone/device legends (ZONE/DEVICE) facilitating cable marking
  • Nylon string for cutting the jacket
