SCP CAT6-PREM-GN-D is an unshielded U/UTP category 6 network cable from the Cat6 Premium Pro series, designed for installation inside and outside buildings. In tests, it achieves a bandwidth of 550MHz, more than double the 250MHz required by the standard, and provides stable transmission in Gigabit Ethernet networks, and on shorter runs also 10Gb/s. The solid copper 23+ AWG conductors have lower resistance, making the cable well-suited for high-power PoE up to 90W and HDBaseT transmission. The separator separates pairs and reduces crosstalk. The UV-resistant PVC jacket allows the cable to be run outdoors, for example, to surveillance cameras, Wi-Fi access points, and devices mounted on facades. The green color of the jacket facilitates track differentiation in the installation. The cable has UL CMR (cUL FT4) certifications for vertical installations and ETL CMR-LP(0.5A) for PoE powering in bundles, as well as a fire reaction class of Dca-s3,d2,a3 according to EN 50575. It is delivered in a Reelex II carton, which unwinds without twisting and tangling, and the jacket is printed with decreasing footage and zone legends, making installation and wire marking easier.
