Relacart BM-111 - cardioid condenser boundary microphone for flush mounting in a table top or ceiling

Clear speech at the table, without reverberation or feedback. The Relacart BM-111 is a condenser boundary microphone with a cardioid (half-cardioid) polar pattern, designed for permanent flush mounting in a table top or ceiling, including suspended ceilings. The directional capsule focuses on the speaker and reduces sound reflected from walls, giving higher gain-before-feedback and less room ambience than omnidirectional models. It is designed for AV integrators building sound reinforcement for conference rooms, teleconferencing and video conferencing systems, recording setups and discussion tables, where intelligibility and a discreet look matter.

Installation requires only a Ø20mm hole, and the microphone can be mounted in surfaces up to 57mm thick. An elastic ring damps vibration and noise transmitted through the table, while RF shielding protects the signal from interference caused by mobile phones and other wireless devices. The robust die-cast alloy housing is built for permanent installations. The microphone is phantom powered (12-52V DC), and the signal is delivered via a built-in XLR connector with a low-impedance balanced output.
