The gymnasium is a space that serves many functions throughout the day - from physical education classes, through training sessions, to sports events and school ceremonies. In such conditions, efficient, clear, and reliable communication is crucial. A properly selected sound system not only enables the transmission of organizational messages but also creates the atmosphere of events and increases the safety level of the facility's users.

The system operates in a dual-zone configuration, which means independent sound management in different parts of the facility. This allows for precise adjustment of the volume level and sound characteristics to the conditions prevailing on the gym floor and in its adjacent zones (stands, backstage).
The central element of the system is the installation audio matrix along with a mixer, which are responsible for signal distribution and managing sound sources. Combined with dedicated amplifiers and installation speakers, they create a coherent and stable audio infrastructure. The system ensures even sound coverage throughout the entire gym space, which translates into high intelligibility of messages, even in challenging acoustic conditions typical of open spaces.
The integrated audio player allows for the use of multiple signal sources. Support for DAB and FM radio, playing files from USB memory, and Bluetooth connectivity enable convenient use of the system in the school's daily operations. This way, the sound system can serve both for broadcasting messages and for playing music during classes, training sessions, or sports events.
The system is equipped with a priority message playback function. The user can save four messages that can be activated using physical buttons placed in selected locations. Once activated, the message is immediately transmitted throughout the system, regardless of the currently playing audio content. This function is applicable both for everyday organizational messages and in situations requiring quick response, such as evacuation.
An important element of the solution is the MUTE alarm input, which allows for the automatic silencing of the system in case of a signal from the fire alarm system. This way, the sound system can cooperate with the building's safety systems and play a role in supporting alarm procedures.
The speakers used in the system are designed for indoor use and can be mounted on walls, roof structures, or load-bearing elements of the gym. Each speaker is equipped with a professional mounting kit and factory points that allow for additional fall protection, enhancing installation safety.
The system can be expanded with an additional player operating according to a schedule. This allows for the introduction of so-called friendly bells, which replace traditional signals with gentle melodies or nature sounds. Such a solution positively impacts students' comfort, reduces stress levels, and supports concentration. In many schools, the repertoire of sounds is created in collaboration with students, further engaging the school community.
An additional feature of the system is a wall connection that allows for quick connection of external audio sources. This enables the use of wired or wireless microphones and other devices during events and ceremonies, without the need to interfere with the installation.
