The public address system serves two primary functions: it enables background music playback and allows announcements to be broadcast easily to selected zones.

The use of Bluesound Professional multi-zone streaming players allows music to be played from local sources, network drives, or streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Tunify, or SoundMachine. With the addition of HUB and CS1 accessories, traditional analog or digital sources can be connected, and music can even be streamed from mobile devices via Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, or Google Chromecast. Playlist control in individual zones is simple and can be managed from anywhere using the free BluOS app, available for all major operating systems.

The use of DA4250 70/100V amplifiers simplifies long-distance cable runs and allows for optimal speaker selection for each indoor or outdoor zone. Thanks to priority inputs, background music is automatically muted during announcements to ensure high speech intelligibility.

Networked Bodet paging stations enable voice announcements to be broadcast to any or all zones. The number of paging units can be freely adjusted as needed, and since they operate over a standard LAN, relocating them is quick and easy.
