RSF CONFIDENT - spherical, ambisonic listening set for immersive tours

RSF CONFIDENT is an advanced, professional listening set designed specifically for immersive audio experiences in museums, exhibitions, galleries, interpretation centers, and exhibition spaces. The product is part of a fully integrated ecosystem that encompasses the entire visitor management process - from ticket booking, through audio content personalization, to detailed usage statistics after the visit.

RSF CONFIDENT devices can be programmed in seconds using infrared or, optionally, NFC technology. Automatic triggering of audio content eliminates the need for manual operation, ensuring fully touchless and intuitive use.

The set works with a system of markers placed along the tour route. These not only trigger audio content but also - on demand - collect real-time data on visitor behavior, such as visited spaces, time spent at specific points, or language selection. The data is sent to a server and can be analyzed for continuous optimization of the exhibition scenario and precise planning of its further development.

RSF CONFIDENT is designed for binaural and 3D spatial sound. With advanced signal processing and a 9-axis positioning sensor, it allows for precise placement of 3D sounds in space, as well as triggering them based on the direction the user's head is facing. HRTF filters, a hardware 3D audio player, and smooth transitions between tracks (cross-fade) provide natural, coherent, and realistic acoustic experiences, even in synchronization with video materials.

The device's design is developed for intensive public use. Contactless sound transducers do not touch the ear, significantly enhancing hygiene levels. The ergonomic shape of the set and fully automatic operation allow for comfortable use even during long tours.
