RDL RU-TPDA – Active Format-A Signal and Power Distributor with Four Outputs

The RDL RU-TPDA is an active signal and power distributor designed for professional AV installations, compatible with RDL’s Format-A twisted pair system. It distributes audio from a single RJ45 input to four Format-A outputs, while powering all connected senders and receivers.

RU-TPDA supports all Format-A pairs (A, B, C) and includes a LOOP OUT jack for daisy-chaining up to 10 distributors, enabling systems with up to 40 outputs. Each output is protected by an auto-resetting fuse, and rear-panel LEDs indicate proper voltage at each RJ45 connector.

Three dual-LED VU meters on the front panel monitor audio levels for each Format-A pair. A power LED confirms module operation. The RACK-UP chassis allows mounting of three distributors in a single rack unit, and the built-in power bus simplifies interconnection using the included jumper cable.
