The RDL FP-MR2 is a professional module for playing back a single recorded audio message, designed for AV installations, information systems, and museum exhibits. It allows digital storage of a message up to 1 minute and 40 seconds, which can be triggered manually, periodically, or via external contact closure.

The unit includes a balanced music input for background audio, which automatically fades down during message playback (ducking or voice-over). Messages can be recorded once during installation or updated anytime. An integrated audio compressor ensures consistent recording levels across a 20 dB input range.
