RDL DS-TPS8A – Active Two-Pair Audio Sender Format-A with Mini-Jack Input

The RDL DS-TPS8A is an active audio sending module designed for professional AV installations, compatible with RDL’s Format-A twisted pair system. It features a stereo mini-jack input that sends left and right audio signals to cable pairs B and C respectively.

Studio-quality preamplifiers ensure optimal signal buffering and audio performance. A rear-panel RJ45 input allows additional DS-TPS8A modules to be connected in series, with their signals summed together with the local input. This enables flexible multi-source audio distribution.

The DS-TPS8A is remotely powered through the twisted pair cable, and signal and power are passed through the RJ45 jacks to other Format-A modules. The module has no illuminated indicators, making it suitable for discreet environments such as hotel rooms.
