RDL DD-BN40 – Wall-Mounted Bi-Directional Mic/Line Dante Interface 4 x 2 with XLR Inputs and Terminal Block Outputs

The RDL DD-BN40 is a professional-grade wall-mounted 4x2 Dante audio interface designed to integrate multiple mic and line sources into networked AV systems. It converts four analog audio signals to Dante and receives two Dante channels for conversion to analog line-level outputs.

The front panel features four balanced XLR inputs, configurable as mic or line level. Each input offers mic gain adjustment (40 dB / 48 dB / 62 dB), line gain options (unity, +12 dB, +19 dB), and 48 V phantom power. Outputs are provided on a rear-panel terminal block, with selectable balanced +4 dBu or unbalanced -10 dBV levels.

The DD-BN40 delivers studio-grade audio via 24-bit A/D and D/A conversion and RDL’s analog filtering. Configuration is handled via onboard switches without the need for dedicated software.

PoE powered and equipped with front-panel LEDs for power and Dante sync, the unit features a stainless-steel chassis, metal XLR connectors, and compatibility with AMS audio connectors (RCA, mini jack, XLR) for flexible installation.
