RDL DD-BN2ML – Wall-Mounted Bi-Directional Mic/Line Dante Interface 2 x 2 with XLR, Mini Jack Inputs and Terminal Block Outputs
The RDL DD-BN2ML is a professional-grade wall-mounted 2x2 Dante audio interface designed to integrate diverse audio sources into networked AV systems. It converts one mic or line level input (XLR) and one consumer line-level input (mini jack) into Dante network channels, and receives two Dante channels for conversion to analog line-level outputs.
The XLR input offers mic/line selection, gain adjustment (40 dB / 48 dB / 62 dB for mic; unity, +12 dB, +19 dB for line), and 48 V phantom power. The mini jack input accepts stereo or mono unbalanced signals, summed to mono and converted to a Dante channel. Outputs are provided on a rear-panel terminal block, with selectable balanced +4 dBu or unbalanced -10 dBV levels.
The DD-BN2ML delivers studio-quality audio via 24-bit A/D and D/A conversion and RDL’s analog filtering. Configuration is handled via onboard switches without the need for dedicated software.
PoE powered and equipped with front-panel LEDs for power and Dante sync, the unit features a stainless-steel chassis, metal XLR connectors, and compatibility with AMS audio connectors (RCA, mini jack, XLR) for flexible installation.
