Description
RDL DD-BN22 - wall-mounted bidirectional Dante 2x2 interface with microphone/line inputs and XLR outputs, PoE powered, white
The RDL DD-BN22 is a bidirectional Dante audio interface designed for wall mounting, connecting analog audio devices to the Dante network in both directions. It features two XLR inputs for microphones or line sources, which are sent to the network as two Dante transmit channels. It also has two XLR outputs for receiving two Dante channels at microphone or line level. This allows for connecting presenter microphones and outputting signals to cameras, recorders, podiums, or local sound systems from a single wall connection point. The device is powered via PoE from a network switch and mounts in a standard double electrical box or an RDL WB-2U box. All settings are changed using switches on the module, without special software. For each input, you can select microphone/line mode, enable 48V phantom power, and set gain, while for each output, you can choose microphone or line level. Discrete microphone preamps, 24-bit conversion, and RDL analog filtering ensure low noise and high sound quality. The stainless steel housing, metal XLR connectors, and white Decora plates combine durability with a discreet appearance on a light wall.
