RDL DB-TPA1A – 3.5 W Wall-Mounted Audio Amplifier, Format-A Compatible

RDL DB-TPA1A is a compact, wall-mounted audio amplifier designed for professional AV installations. Compatible with RDL Format-A twisted pair systems, it powers a single 4 or 8 ohm speaker with high-quality mono audio.

The module receives stereo audio on pairs B and C via RJ45 and sums it to mono. Amplification is provided by a high-efficiency Class D power stage, with output level controlled by a front-panel VCA attenuator for long-lasting, scratch-free adjustment. When the level is set to minimum, the amplifier enters an energy-saving sleep mode.

Audio and power are delivered through a single RJ45 connection, and speaker output is via a detachable terminal block. The all-metal housing ensures durability, and the front panel is free of illumination, making it ideal for dark environments.
