RDL DB-BTN21 – Bluetooth® Audio Dante Network Interface

The RDL DB-BTN21 is a wall-mounted Bluetooth® audio interface for Dante or AES67 networks, designed for professional AV installations. It provides bidirectional Bluetooth audio – sending stereo or summed mono audio to two Dante channels and receiving a return audio channel from Dante to the connected Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth pairing is intuitive via a single button with LED status indication. Functions are configurable using RDL CONSOLE software or Q-SYS, and controllable via compatible RDL remote controls. Supported functions include pairing/unpairing, track selection, volume adjustment, and media control. Remote controls with displays can show track title and artist, multicast across the network.

Installers can customize the Bluetooth module name, stereo/mono mode, LED dim intensity, and timeout settings. Default LED timeout is 30 seconds. The DB-BTN21 fits a standard US single-gang box or mounts in EU/UK boxes using the EP-1 adapter (60 mm screw spacing). The unit is PoE powered and available in multiple finishes with optional custom graphics.
