Description
Niveo Professional NGSME8H-AV - managed PoE+ switch for AV systems with 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 SFP ports at the back of the chassis, PoE budget 130W
Niveo Professional NGSME8H-AV is a managed PoE+ switch in AV version. All ports are located on the rear panel, so the cabling in the rack is organized, and the front of the device remains clean. It has 8 RJ45 ports 10/100/1000Mb/s with IEEE 802.3af/at power, delivering up to 30W per port with a range of up to 100m. Additionally, there are 2 SFP slots for 100M and Gigabit fiber modules and a console port. The built-in power supply provides a PoE budget of 130W to power control panels, microphones, IP cameras, and access points. The switch has QSC Q-SYS certification for audio and video transmission. It supports Dante, AES67, CobraNet, and HD-over-IP systems, and multicast features with IGMP Querier and Fast Leave ensure quick video channel switching. Self-Healing PoE automatically detects unresponsive devices and restarts the power of the given port, while power line filtering reduces the hanging of PoE devices.
