The Niveo Professional NGSME16T2H is a fully managed L2/3 network switch from the NGS Enterprise series, equipped with 16 10/100/1000Base-T ports with PoE+ power and 2 SFP 100/1000Base-SX/LX slots. The NGS series is designed for audio-video integrations, security systems, and broadcasting, built on industrial and corporate-grade chipsets. The switch has QSC Q-SYS qualification for audio and video and supports the most popular audio distribution protocols: Dante, AES67, and CobraNet. It is optimized for Video-over-IP systems - multicast with IGMP Querier and Fast Leave ensures smooth channel switching in popular HD-over-IP solutions. All 16 RJ45 ports compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at power devices with a total PoE budget of 250W. Advanced PoE features prevent powered devices, such as control panels, IP cameras, or microphones, from hanging. Power line filtering eliminates most voltage fluctuations, and the Self-Healing PoE function monitors devices and automatically restarts the port power in case of a hang, resolving over 99% of such issues. The PoE schedule allows power to be turned off during non-working hours, and the VeriPhy function checks the status of connected cables. A switching matrix of 36Gbps, performance of 26.8Mpps, 4Mb buffer, and 8K MAC address table ensure efficient network operation. Each switch undergoes a 72-hour load test before leaving the factory, and MTTF exceeds 100,000 hours. The manufacturer provides a 10-year limited warranty upon device registration and lifetime access to software updates and technical support at no additional cost.
