Niveo Professional N10GMM is a multimode SFP+ 10G fiber optic module operating at a wavelength of 850nm. It complies with the Ethernet standard IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-SW/SR and the Fiber Channel standard 10GFC 1200-MX-SN-I. It supports data rates of 9.95Gbps and 10.51875Gbps and works with multimode fibers of 50/125µm and 62.5/125µm, with a range of 33/83/300m. The module is suitable for connecting 10G switches, building high-speed backbone connections in AV and IT installations, and in Fiber Channel storage systems.
The module features symmetrical CML inputs and outputs, a symmetrical PECL reference clock input (1/64 of the transmitter's data rate), and a TTL signal detection indicator. It is powered by a single 3.3V voltage. It can be replaced while in operation (hot-pluggable) without turning off the device. The Class 1 laser complies with EN 60825-1.
