Radio Design Labs Introduces a New 7-Year Manufacturer Warranty

What Does the New Warranty Cover?

The 7-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and operation of the product. If a warranty claim is approved, Radio Design Labs may, at its sole discretion:

• repair the product,
• replace the product or a defective component,
• refund the original purchase price of the product.

The warranty applies exclusively to RDL-manufactured products purchased by the original end user and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Products Covered by the Warranty

The new warranty policy covers a wide range of RDL solutions used in professional AV installations, including:

• audio interfaces,
• installation amplifiers,
• signal processing modules,
• control devices,
• FORMAT-A and STICK-ON series products..

Important Information

The warranty does not cover, among other things:

• damage caused by improper installation or misuse,
• power surges, lightning strikes, and other electrical disturbances,
• unauthorized modifications or repairs,
• mechanical damage,
• third-party products such as power supplies, accessories, and cables.

Please note that products that have been discontinued or designated as End-of-Life (EOL) may not be eligible for repair or replacement if replacement parts are no longer reasonably available.
