OPTI Lite goes far beyond being a simple input/output module. Building on the success of the FutureNow series and direct feedback from customers, this powerful and versatile solution has been designed for spaces where multiple devices must be controlled using a single execution module. OPTI Lite enables the implementation of advanced control scenarios while maintaining simplicity, flexibility and cost efficiency.

Flexible Design Adapted to Each Project

Designed with complete flexibility and cost effectiveness in mind, OPTI Lite is ideally suited for:

high‑end residential projects,
commercial and office spaces,
hospitality environments,
other advanced building automation installations.

Each module is equipped with 16 physical digital inputs and requires the selection of up to four output modules at the ordering stage. This approach allows every configuration to be precisely matched to the needs of a specific room or system. For every configuration, an intuitive built‑in web server is available for remote management and programming.

Control Logic and Network Communication

Each digital input can control any output according to user‑defined logic, or operate as an independent status sensor. Input states can be:

automatically broadcast via UDP messages,
queried using TCP/IP communication.

Each device supports up to four simultaneous TCP/IP connections, enabling parallel control and monitoring from multiple external systems at the same time.

The main board offers 16 digital inputs and four slots for output modules, selectable from:

relay 2×16A NO/NC SPDT,
relay 4×5A NO,
voltage output module 4×0–10V,
output module 4×PWM 5A for controlling four LED strips or one RGB / RGBW load,
bistable relays 2×16A with low power consumption – drawing power only during state changes,
shutter motor controller 1×SH,
FCC Fan Coil controller.

Easy Installation and Fast Deployment

Thanks to Ethernet connectivity and freely configurable output modules, OPTI Lite makes it easy to implement automation for a single room - for example, a hotel room - using one locally installed device.

The internal logic engine supports straightforward programming based on:

changes in input states,
temperature thresholds from connected sensors,
presses of physical buttons within the room.

Integration and Testing Support

System integration is supported by free tools FNIP Discovery and FNIP Manager, which allow installers to:

monitor input and output states,
manually force output states,
verify correct system behaviour before starting programming or full integration with third‑party control systems.
