MuxLab 500756-RX is a professional-grade receiver designed to transmit broadcast-quality 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SDI video with embedded audio over IP networks. It replaces traditional coax infrastructure with CAT5/6 cabling, offering a cost-effective and scalable solution for AV environments. Powered via PoE, the device simplifies installation and reduces cabling complexity.
The system consists of independent transmitter and receiver units that can be configured in point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, or multipoint-to-multipoint setups, depending on network bandwidth. It supports RS232 and one-way IR transmission for remote control of connected devices. The receiver is compatible with the MuxLab 500813 Network Controller enabling seamless integration.
