MuxLab 500700 is a professional 3G-SDI extender kit designed to transmit uncompressed, unencrypted 3G-SDI video signals up to 330ft (100m) over a single Cat5e/6 cable in a point-to-point configuration. It supports data rates up to 2.97/3.0Gbps and can carry up to 32 channels of embedded audio and/or embedded time code, making it ideal for use in television facilities and between professional video equipment.

The kit complies with SMPTE standards including SDI-SMPTE 259M-C, HD-SDI-SMPTE 292M, and 3G-SDI-SMPTE 424M/425M. Diagnostic LEDs provide visual feedback for sync and signal detection. The unit features a rugged cast aluminum enclosure for durability in demanding environments.

For extended distance applications, the LongReach model 500702 supports transmission up to 500ft (150m).
