The MuxLab 500550 is a compact audio interface designed for bidirectional conversion between USB and Dante network audio. It encodes 2-channel USB audio to Dante and decodes Dante audio to 2-channel USB, offering flexible integration of computers into Dante-based AV systems.
It supports audio sampling rates of 44.1kHz, 48kHz, and 96kHz at 24-bit resolution. The unit is compliant with USB 2.0 Full Speed and USB Audio Device Class. Power can be supplied via 5V USB or PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 0), making it ideal for both portable and fixed installations.
This plug & play device requires no special software for setup and supports AES67 RTP audio transmission for enhanced network compatibility.
