The MuxLab 500516 is a transmitter and receiver set that transmits HDMI 2.1 signals with a bandwidth of up to 40Gbps over a single Cat6 cable. It supports 8K/30Hz (4:4:4) up to 90m, 4K/60Hz up to 120m, and 1080p up to 150m. The set supports a bandwidth of up to 40Gbps FRL and 18Gbps TMDS, HDCP 2.3 content protection, and HDR formats including HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision. It is ideal for conference rooms, boardrooms, classrooms, collaboration systems, and digital signage installations.
In addition to video, the extender transmits multi-channel audio up to Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, as well as device control: bi-directional IR, RS232, and CEC. Support for VRR, FVA, and ALLM ensures smooth video from sources utilizing these HDMI 2.1 features. The transmitter and receiver can extract analog audio, and bi-directional PoC (Power over Cable) 24V allows powering the entire set from one end of the link. Installation is plug and play, and the DIP switch on the transmitter facilitates EDID management.
