The MuxLab 500039-2PK is a set of two baluns that allow a single composite video signal and one stereo Hi-Fi audio channel to be transmitted over a single Cat5 UTP cable in a point-to-point configuration. This solution simplifies AV installations by replacing bulky coaxial and audio cables with structured cabling.
The baluns support video transmission up to 2,200 ft (670 m) and full-range audio from 20Hz to 20kHz, making them ideal for high-fidelity applications. Built-in color-coded RCA leads simplify installation, and the compact design allows for neat and discreet wiring. The 500039 is also compatible with MuxLab’s Audio-Video Distribution Hub (model 500200).
