The Intusonic INTUSCAPE 6FP80R in black is a speaker designed for background music in commercial spaces where a fuller sound and higher sound pressure level are needed while maintaining a compact form. The black, scratch-resistant textured surface allows the speaker to blend discreetly with dark interior elements. The one-piece housing made of impact-resistant ABS features a recessed front panel that protects against water. The 2-way system consists of a 6" polypropylene cone woofer working in a vented enclosure and a 1" silk dome tweeter with a wide dispersion waveguide. The full passive crossover ensures precise frequency division. The built-in 100V audio class line transformer with a mode switch allows operation in low-impedance systems of 8Ω or in 100V installations with taps of 5W, 10W, 20W, and 40W. Frequency response of 65Hz-20kHz, efficiency of 84dB, maximum SPL of 105dB, and controlled dispersion of 90° x 80° provide even coverage of the sound area. The speaker has an IP33 protection rating and can be installed outdoors only if fully shielded from precipitation.
