The Intusonic INTUFORCE 4SDL160 is a 4-channel Class D amplifier for low-impedance installed sound systems that offers exceptional versatility despite its simple front panel. Using the rear-panel switches, it can be configured as a 4-zone amplifier, a dual stereo amplifier or a 2.1 system amplifier for satellite speakers with a subwoofer. In 2.1 mode, a built-in active crossover with four crossover frequencies is available, along with bridging of channels 3 and 4. Fanless convection cooling makes the amplifier completely silent, so it is also suitable for applications sensitive to background noise. It is designed for AV integrators equipping restaurants, hotels, shops, conference rooms and commercial venues.

The amplifier delivers 4x150W at 4Ω or 4x80W at 8Ω. A conservatively designed switch-mode power supply provides peak power as well as long-term endurance. Balanced XLR inputs with ultra-high CMRR circuitry allow long signal cable runs without interference, while TRS Link connectors make it easy to build larger systems. Input signal forwarding switches enable 1-to-4, 2-to-2 and 4-to-1 configurations without additional cabling. It is best combined with 2 or 4 satellite speakers and a subwoofer as one compact system.
