The Garvan Acoustic WIC125 is a subwoofer designed for installation in drywall, mounted flush with the wall surface. It was designed and manufactured in Italy. The set includes the WIC125 speaker, a CC2828 steel mounting frame, and a 51AXX1 white grille covered with fabric. After installation, only the flat white grille is visible, allowing the subwoofer to blend discreetly into the wall without taking up space in the room. The 25cm woofer with a membrane made of impregnated paper and textile suspension covers a frequency range of 34-200Hz, with an efficiency of 94dB (2.83V/1m). The dual coil 4+4Ω allows the subwoofer to be powered from two amplifier channels, and the manufacturer recommends the Garvan AW440 amplifier for it. The power handling is 80+80W RMS and 160+160W maximum. For installation, a hole of 285×285mm in a 12.5mm thick drywall is sufficient, and the recommended minimum installation depth is 133mm. The subwoofer performs well in home installations, cinemas, living rooms, hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces where full bass is needed without visible speakers.
