Barix Exstreamer MPA400 - IP Audio Decoder and Amplifier

The Barix Exstreamer MPA400 is a compact, metal IP Audio decoder with an integrated, fully digital Class D amplifier of 40W, designed for direct powering of speakers with an impedance of 2-8 Ohm. The device supports a wide range of protocols and environments used in AV installations, including SIP, Singlewire InformaCast, Syn-Apps Revolution, and compliance with AES67 (with Dante detection support). An optional Dante® license is also available. Audio streams can be transmitted via HTTP or RTP, supporting formats such as PCM, AACplus, MP3, Opus, G.711, and G.722. The internal memory allows for storage of audio files, which can be triggered for playback via a simple UDP command. Power can be supplied via PoE (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt type 1-2, up to 4PPoE) or external 24VDC, providing great installation flexibility. A clear web interface and REST API facilitate configuration and integration with AV systems.
