earisMAX transmitter - Bluetooth® transmitter and Auracast™ with HDMI ARC, optical, analog, and microphone inputs

The earisMAX transmitter sends audio from sources without Bluetooth - such as a TV, hi-fi system, or computer - directly to headphones, hearing aids, and cochlear implants with Bluetooth support. The transmitter operates in three modes selected by a button on the front: Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth LE Audio (stereo) connect to one receiver, while in Auracast™ mode, audio reaches an unlimited number of receivers simultaneously. This allows every household member to watch TV with sound tailored to their needs, and the latency of less than 45 ms in Auracast™ mode ensures audio synchronization with the picture.

The transmitter has all popular audio connections: HDMI ARC for connecting to a TV, Toslink optical input, and an analog input, as well as a microphone input that allows receiving sound from older TVs without audio outputs. The optical and analog outputs pass the signal further, so a soundbar or amplifier works in parallel with the transmitter. Power is supplied via a USB-C port, e.g., from the TV's USB port or a smartphone charger (the power adapter is not included). The selected Bluetooth mode is remembered after power is turned off.

A free PC tool (Windows) allows you to secure the Auracast™ stream with a password, set the sampling frequency (24 or 48 kHz), and update the transmitter's firmware. Complementing the system are the in-ear earisMAX buds and over-ear earisMAX headphones with Auracast™ support, as well as the microphone-transmitter earisMAX streaming microphone.
