RDL TX-TP4PW – Power Inserter / Signal Breakout for Twisted Pair Transmission Systems
The RDL TX-TP4PW is a professional power inserter and signal breakout module designed for use with RDL products that utilize twisted pair transmission. It provides centralized 24 Vdc power distribution and signal pass-through on pairs A, B, and C across four RJ45 connectors.
Powered via a 24 Vdc input jack, the TX-TP4PW supplies power to all connected modules and allows signal routing between senders and receivers. It supports up to three high-current Format-A receivers that cannot be daisy-chained, such as D-PSP1A powered speakers. It can also combine signals from three separate Format-A senders into a single output with all three signal pairs.
The module includes an auto-resetting fuse and LED indicators for module power and correct output voltage on the RJ45 connectors, aiding in fault detection and system monitoring.
