FP-TPS4A

RDL FP-TPS4A – Format-A Two-Pair Audio Sender

The RDL FP-TPS4A is an active Format-A audio sender designed to transmit fixed-level audio signals from TVs or mono amplifiers to Format-A receivers via twisted pair cabling. It accepts either unbalanced stereo line-level or 1–3 Watt mono amplified signals and distributes them to two RJ45 outputs.

In stereo mode, the left and right channels are sent over pairs B and C respectively. In mono mode, the same signal is sent to both pairs. The module features studio-quality active balanced circuitry for low-noise, high-fidelity audio transmission.

The FP-TPS4A powers connected Format-A receivers, eliminating the need for separate power supplies. A front-panel blue LED indicates active power distribution. The output voltage is protected by an automatically resetting fuse. The compact metal housing is ideal for mounting behind TVs or in tight spaces.
