RDL DS-PSP1F – Decora-Style Active Loudspeaker

The RDL DS-PSP1F is a compact active loudspeaker designed for professional AV installations where sound quality, aesthetics, and reliability are essential. Its Decora®-style form factor allows seamless integration into wall or panel-mounted systems.

The speaker features a high-efficiency Class D amplifier delivering 2 W RMS, optimized for clear and natural audio reproduction. An integrated analog compressor/limiter prevents clipping and enables higher average output levels without distortion. Rear-panel inputs accept both +4 dBu balanced and -10 dBV unbalanced signals via a detachable terminal block.

Output gain is set by the installer using a control located behind the speaker grill. The steel enclosure provides full baffling in a sealed, rigid structure, delivering sonic performance comparable to larger speakers. Hemispherical dispersion of nearly 180° ensures wide sound coverage when wall-mounted.
