Niveo Professional NPD8C16A is a manageable PDU power strip for 19" rack cabinets. It has a 1U housing and 8 IEC 320 C13 sockets. It operates at a voltage of 200-240V AC and a maximum current of 16A, with power supplied through an IEC 320 C20 socket using a C19-C20 cable of 3m length. The built-in system with a 10Mb/s Ethernet interface allows remote monitoring and management of the strip via a browser and SNMP. Each socket can be turned on and off individually, allowing for remote rebooting of hung devices without a visit to the server room or facility. The strip measures total power consumption and displays it on a seven-segment display. Configurable warning and overload thresholds trigger an audible alarm, LED blinking, and email and SNMP notifications. A programmable sequence for turning sockets on and off protects devices from power surges during system startup. The UL1077 compliant circuit breaker cuts off power in case of overload. Free central management software allows monitoring of multiple strips simultaneously, with data logging and historical charts.
