The MuxLab 500088 is an advanced digital audio converter designed to decode and downmix Dolby Digital and DTS audio signals into 2-channel analog stereo. It allows digital sources such as Smart TVs, Blu-ray players, or satellite receivers to be connected to traditional audio systems with RCA inputs.

The converter supports both compressed and uncompressed S/PDIF audio streams with sample rates up to 96 kHz and 24-bit resolution. A built-in switch enables easy selection between optical (TOSlink) and coaxial (S/PDIF) inputs. The package includes a TOSlink cable and Velcro pads for convenient installation in AV setups.
