Description
RDL TX-AT1S – Audio Isolation Transformer with Suppression
The RDL TX-AT1S is a high-performance audio isolation transformer designed for galvanic separation of audio signals in professional AV and studio environments. It eliminates ground loop noise and protects equipment from transient impulses and RF interference.
The module features a studio-grade bifilar 1:1 transformer optimized for 600 ohm lines, but also suitable for low-impedance sources and bridging loads. It incorporates advanced solid-state transient suppression and ferrite-based RF filtering to ensure clean, stable audio transmission.
Input and output connections are made via barrier block terminals, with a common ground tied to the metal housing. The compact Max-TX format allows for flexible mounting on surfaces, rack rails, or equipment sides using optional RDL accessories.
Functionality
- Galvanic isolation of audio signals
- RF and transient suppression
- Balanced-to-unbalanced or unbalanced-to-balanced conversion
- Compact Max-TX housing for flexible mounting
