RDL SF-NP50A - 50W Dante and Analog Input Audio Amplifier for 70V / 100V Systems

The RDL SF-NP50A is a high-performance Class D amplifier that converts one Dante network audio channel and one analog input into a mono constant voltage output at 70V or 100V. It delivers 50W RMS at 0 dBFS input and requires no special software for configuration.

An analog source can be connected via a balanced terminal block or an unbalanced stereo mini-jack, which sums both channels to mono. The amplifier allows selection of the priority input (network or analog) and supports ducking - automatic attenuation of the secondary source by 25 dB or full mute. The ducking threshold is adjustable and indicated by an LED.

The SF-NP50A also provides a balanced line output from the Dante source, enabling signal distribution to other devices. An internal VCA allows remote volume control via a 10 kΩ potentiometer or 0-10 V DC control voltage. It is compatible with RDL remote level controls.

The amplifier includes thermal and short-circuit protection, and a current-limiting feature that protects the external 24V DC power supply (included) from overload. The all-metal enclosure supports free-standing, surface, or rack mounting. The unit is plenum rated (UL 2043), making it suitable for installation in air-handling spaces.
