RDL FP-MX3R - 3-Channel Remote-Controlled Line-Level Mixer

The RDL FP-MX3R is a 3-channel audio mixer designed for professional AV installations, allowing remote control of audio levels from multiple sources. It supports both balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs, and includes two unbalanced mono outputs for direct connection to a stereo amplifier. All connections are made via detachable terminal blocks for easy installation and maintenance.

The mixer uses VCA circuits to adjust audio levels, controlled by dedicated RDL remote controls (2- or 3-channel), connected via standard twisted pair cable. FP-MX3R provides precise input level adjustment through INPUT GAIN trimmers and visual output level monitoring via a dual-LED VU meter.

Additionally, the mixer features an audio presence detector that controls open-collector outputs. This function enables automatic activation or deactivation of amplifiers and other system components, contributing to energy and cost savings.
